Excellent home workout setup, I'm very happy with it. It takes up little space, and yes, I screwed a wall mount for the parts and the rowing bench! ...
The rower is great and it's a steal compared to a separate machine. The rowing bar is great for arm workouts too, which is a nice bonus.It is heavy but not unwieldy and it's certainly solid. A couple things that could be better: 1. The instructions are tiny and very poorly written. The last step says something like "put the last 8 parts together" without telling you how. The screws are similar sizes and mostly the same bit, but don't come labeled separately. I am very handy and it took a while. If you're not a very handy person, get help. 2. As far as I can tell, there's no Free Row option so you need to either use a class or create a custom program. Seems like you should be able to just hit row and do your own workout for your own time, but that doesn't seem to be supported. It would be great if they had a simple manual resistance 1-hour workout on the water to pick. Like a lot of things on the Gym Monster UI, it's not intuitive but easy enough to deal with once you get used to it.

Love the rower but the directions were terriable.
It works great, this version is a little bulky but it feels extremely solid and I've had no issues when using it.

Excellent product, though. The instructions could be printed on a larger piece of paper and given a little more information. I feel like I ended up with a lot of extra screws.
